Plazmaman Navara D40 2.5L YD25 Tube & Fin Intercooler Kit

This Plazmaman upgrade intercooler kit is to suit the Nissan Navara D40 Turbo Diesel. This kit consists of a thicker, light weight, highly efficient tube and fin intercooler, larger diameter mandrel bent aluminium piping, silicone hose & clamps, and all required adaptors.

This intercooler kit fits the D40 Navara from 2005 onwards, however there are some hot pipe differences between the early, mid and late models. Please use the below notes, and image references to determine which kit you need. If you are unsure, or require further assistance, contact us.

YOU NEED TO DETERMINE IF YOUR VEHICLE IS THE EARLY MODEL TWIN PIPE STYLE,HOSE CLAMP STYLE OR THE CIRCLIP STYLE.

The options are below.

• Early Navara (05/06) - Uses a black plastic elbow from the turbocharger, and the rubber hose is held in place with standard hose clamps.

• Mid Navara (07-11) - Uses an extended aluminium elbow from the turbocharger, and the rubber hose is held in place with standard hose clamps.

• Late Navara Type 1 (11-On) - Uses a short aluminium elbow from the turbocharger, and the rubber hose is held in place with a spring/circlip style connection.

• Late Navara Type 2 (12-On) - Nissan went back to the HOSE STYLE CLAMP STYLE system on some vehicles. 

This Intercooler kit is available in stealth black finish only.
