Bosch E85 Compatible 200 Fuel pump 0 580 464 200

This fuel pump is a direct replacement for the Bosch 044 units using the supplied adapters. Delivering more flow in a smaller unit, the 200 is the new in line fuel pump of choice.

  • Supercedes the 0 580 254 044
  • Flows ~10% higher than 044 at 7bar
  • Weighs 15% less than 044 at 860g
  • Current draw similar to 044
  • Direct M14x1.5 inlet and M10x1 outlet
  • Adaptors for M18x1.5 inlet fitting and M12x1.5 outlet fitting
  • External non-return valve
  • Pressure relief valve 8-10bar
  • Not suitable for voltage regulation
  • Compatible with Gasoline and Diesel and E85

For Bosch 200 pumps, where using these as a direct replacement for the Bosch 044 pumps, an extra fitting from Speedflow is required for the included checkvalve. SKU 612-00-BLK. More fittings may be required dependent on your set up, the 612-00-BLK outlet is Female 8AN.
