Shipping & Freight Policy

Freight costs are calculated based on the total value of your order and your delivery location.
Please note: Large, bulky, oversized, or particularly heavy items may incur additional freight charges. If this applies, our team will contact you prior to dispatch to confirm any adjustments.

Orders up to $1000 automatically include insurance coverage, starting from $35.95.
For every additional $1000 in order value, additional freight charges will apply to cover insurance, postage, and handling.

Tasmania, Northern Territory & Western Australia

International Orders

Freight for international orders is calculated manually.
Please contact our sales team at sales@golebysparts.com.au with your delivery address and order details for an accurate quote.

Packaging & Delivery

  • Items that can safely fit within an Australia Post satchel will be packaged securely and sent via Australia Post.

  • If an item exceeds size/weight limits or requires enhanced insurance coverage, we will ship via a suitable courier service.

  • Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

  • Standard dispatch time is typically 1–3 business days, depending on stock availability.

Authority to Leave (ATL) & Insurance Responsibility

If you request, select, or allow Authority to Leave at your address (including courier default ATL zones), your order will not be covered under insurance once marked as delivered.
By choosing ATL, you accept full responsibility for any:

  • Missing items

  • Stolen packages

  • Weather damage

  • Delivery to an incorrect drop location due to courier error

Goleby’s Parts is not liable for loss, theft, or damage in these circumstances, and no compensation or replacement will be provided.

Order Consolidation Policy

Unless otherwise requested, orders containing multiple items will be held and shipped together once all items are in stock.
If you request your order to be split and partially shipped, additional freight charges may apply, calculated based on the number of shipments, order value, and selected freight method.
If we are unable to contact you regarding consolidation or freight adjustments, your order will remain on hold until resolved.

Large Items & Business Address Requirement

For orders over $4000 or for large items (such as turbo kits, exhaust systems, intercoolers, engines, transmissions, intake manifolds, etc.), a valid commercial business address may be required to ensure appropriate insurance coverage and secure delivery.

Please note:

  • A residential or “working from home” address does not qualify as a business address for freight insurance purposes.

  • If a business address is not provided at checkout, additional shipping fees and/or extended delivery times may apply due to carrier policy restrictions.

  • We may request to send direct to a near courier depot if an appropriate address cannot be obtained.

  • Freight rates may be adjusted without notice due to carrier pricing changes.

  • We reserve the right to update shipping methods or carriers as required to ensure safe and timely delivery.
