Warranty, Returns & Cancellation Policy (Last Updated 2026)

At Goleby’s Parts, we strive to provide quality parts and excellent service. Please read the following policy carefully before purchasing.


Refunds & Returns

Please choose your products carefully, as refunds will not be provided for processed and dispatched orders unless the goods are faulty or otherwise covered under the terms below.

We only accept returns if:

  • The goods are defective in appearance or performance,

  • The items were incorrectly packaged or shipped in error by Goleby’s Parts, or

  • The products fail to operate within their intended specification or expected duration.

Change-of-Mind Purchases

If you have:

  • Changed your mind,

  • Ordered the incorrect item, or

  • Selected the wrong colour or variant,

Goleby’s Parts is not obligated to accept the return or provide a refund under these circumstances. However, in some cases, we may offer a return or exchange at our discretion. A restocking fee may apply in such cases.


Order Cancellations (Before Dispatch)

If you request to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, and the cancellation is due to change of mind or any non-fault-based reason, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
This fee covers non-refundable transaction, payment processing, and administrative costs.

No processing fee will apply if the cancellation is due to stock availability, error on our part, or a fault.


Returns Process

If you need to return a product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

We require the following details to process your return:

  • Full name and address

  • Product name and part number (if applicable)

  • Invoice number

  • Date of purchase

  • Reason for return

Returns must be pre-approved by our team. We will confirm the preferred return method (post or courier) based on the item. Goods must be in unused condition unless returning under warranty for a performance issue.

If the issue is due to an error by Goleby’s Parts or a manufacturing fault, we will resupply the goods freight-free upon return.


Warranty Claims

Items suspected to be faulty will undergo inspection. If needed, the product will be sent to the original supplier or manufacturer for further assessment. This process is essential for a formal warranty claim.

If you require a replacement part immediately, you will need to repurchase the item, including freight. Once the claim is processed and approved, we will offer a credit or refund accordingly.

For Incorrect items, we will only accept these within a reasonable time to determine you have been sent the wrong items. Please inspect goods once you receive them and ensure your order is correct, a 30-day grace period is what we deem as reasonable time to ensure products are correct. Incorrect items will first be returned to us for inspection at the consumers cost and the correct product and refunds of freight will be granted at that time. 

Please do not use the wrongly supplied parts as they may not be fit for use and we may no longer accept these once used. 

Refunds or warranty credits will be processed via your original payment method. If this is not available, we will contact you directly for your preferred refund method.


Store Cancellation Rights

Goleby’s Parts reserves the right to cancel any order at any time prior to delivery for any of the following reasons:

  • A supplier is unable to supply goods that were previously promised.

  • An event outside of our control (e.g., fire, flood, power failure, war, strike) affects our ability to supply the goods within a reasonable timeframe.

  • There was a significant error on our website, such as a pricing, description, or image issue that wasn’t identified before the order was placed.
