How Long is my Quote/ Draft Valid For?
All quotes and drafts supplied by Goleby's Parts, are valid for 7 days after being sent by a sales representative. This excludes products quoted during a sale period of which the quote expires at the end of the sale.
Can Goleby's Parts Send Internationally?
Goleby's Parts can send parts internationally, we do need to process International orders manually & require the following information to generate a profile for you;
Full name
Email address
Shipping address (inc postcodes, regions etc)
Contact number
A list of parts you are after including part numbers, colours, configurations where possible. (links are even better)
Haven't Heard anything Regarding my Order?
Our Aim at Goleby's Parts is to notify you ASAP via email or phone, if there are any items that are NIL stock. If you haven't received any communication, please check your voice mail & junk folder. If you still have no communication, please send our sales team an email at

Low Stock? What does this mean?
When an item is not in stock or listed as Low Stock, when placing an order, it becomes backordered with Goleby's Parts, by making payment in full on that item it is securing you position in a queue for when that item comes back into stock.
Why does my ETA keep changing?
ETA's are given direct from suppliers & we have zero control over them. If the ETA you were given has passed, not to worry everything is ordered & will not receive any updates until it is here at the shop. As soon as we receive the items, our dispatch team are getting them out within 24 hours
What Happens to My Order if an Item/s are Out of stock?
If you place an order with Goleby's Parts & one or more items are out of stock, we will pick everything that is in stock & put aside, you will be notified of the missing items with as much information that we have at the time. Once your order is complete, we will send you tracking information.

Am I Entitled to any discounts or offers for the Delays?
Goleby's Parts aim to offer the best pricing from the time of purchase, if your order has been deemed as delayed, Goleby's Parts will upgrade your order to express post, out of good will.

My item doesn't match the photo shown on the website?
While we try to keep our website updated as best as possible, our suppliers may make slight changes to their products, this may include colors, shape, highlights, different packaging. This should not affect the performance or intended use of the product. Please contact us if you feel you have received the wrong product, and our sales team can sort the issue out.

I Need to Update an Order
As your order progresses from being placed, we will update you with any delays & tracking information as soon as your order is on its way to you! If you have made any mistakes (e.g. wrong address) please send an email to our sales team at sales@golebysparts.com.au & please include your invoice number in the subject
Can I Add to My Order?
Unfortunately once an order has been placed or finalised from a draft, we are unable to adjust or modify it. We recommend taking extra time to ensure you have everything you need before placing order.

Where is My Tracking Info?
All orders are shipped from Goleby's Parts in Toowoomba, Queensland, Australia or drop shipped directly from suppliers or manufacturers. As soon as tracking information is available, you will be sent an automated email with that information.

There Has Been No Scan's on My Tracking?
Some shipping providers from experience can be "not the best" at updating scans. It is not uncommon for no scans to be done & orders to arrive. You are welcome to use your tracking number & call the appropriate shipping provider with updates.
How Long does Shipping Take?
Shipping has lots of factors in relation to how long it can take like; location, shipping company & sometimes size. If you have ordered a bulky, out of stock item or live in a remote/rural location, shipping times may take longer.
Is the item in Stock?
Goleby's Parts Endeavor to keep as much stock on the shelf as possible at all times, at the product's manufacturer's facility. Items, sizes, configurations colours & availability can be more desirable than others & can cause them to sell out faster than others.

My Package arrived Damaged / Received Faulty Parts
In the event your order arrives & is damaged or is faulty. Please follow the following steps to ensure we can best help you resolve the problem;
- Contact us with your order number.
- Keep all items & all packaging
- Take detailed photos of the damaged/ faulty items & or packaging Goleby's
- Parts will forward any photos and information to the relevant shipping company or supplier & await instruction.
- Please DO NOT send any items back to Goleby's Parts or supplier unless requested
I need to return my order.
Goleby's Parts request that you please choose your products carefully, as we do not refund processed and dispatched orders unless they are compromised in some way or unless otherwise stated. Returns are only available for dispatched orders that contain supplied goods that are wholly or partly defective in appearance, incorrectly packaged or sent in error by fault of Goleby's Parts, or the goods fail to operate in accordance to their specification or duration period.

Goleby's Parts reserves the right to cancel, at any time before delivery and for whatever reason, an order that it has previously accepted. Goleby's Parts may do this for example, but without limitation, where; Goleby's Parts suppliers are unable to supply Goods that they have previously promised to supply; An event beyond Goleby's Parts control, such as storm, fire, flood, earthquake, terrorism, power failure, war, strike or failure of computer systems, means that Goleby's Parts is unable to supply the Goods within a reasonable time; Goods ordered were subject to an error on the Website, for example, in relation to a description, price or image, which was not discovered prior to the Order being accepted
I would like to cancel my order.
Once Goleby's Parts or a supplier has shipped an order it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to "I need to refund my order" above for instruction. If an item is specifically ordered/ special order/ specific for application (or words to that effect) it cannot be cancelled. If an item on your order is on back order, not a specifically ordered/ special order/ specific for application (or words to that effect) & has not been shipped please refer to our "How to Contact Customer Service?" & discuss options with our sales team.
