Injector Flow Matching
Every Bosch 980cc injector is static flow matched prior to sale to help ensure consistent fuel delivery across the set.
For customers wanting an even more closely matched injector set, we also offer in-house dynamic flow matching.
Dynamic Flow Matching
Our dynamic flow matching process tests each injector across multiple duty cycles, giving a more complete picture of injector performance throughout the operating range.
Dynamically matched injector sets are matched to within approximately 1-2% across all tested settings, making them an excellent option for high-output engines where precise cylinder-to-cylinder fuel delivery is important.
Real-World Flow Testing
Our in-house injector testing equipment has been designed to replicate the components commonly found in real performance fuel systems, including:
- Haltech Elite ECU
- Turbosmart fuel pressure regulator
- Bosch pressure and temperature sensors
- Radium fuel pulse dampener
- High-volume fuel pumps
By testing injectors using equipment representative of an actual performance fuel system, the results provide a more realistic indication of how the injectors will perform once installed in the vehicle.
For highly modified, high-boost or ethanol applications, we recommend selecting Dynamic Flow Matching for the most consistent injector set possible.
