Garrett have stepped up their already well performing G Series Gen I Turbochargers with their new Gen II Turbo range. With a Ceramic Dual Ball bearing, a new compressor wheel design and a Mar-M Alloy turbine wheel, the Gen 2 turbos have allowed to push up to 10% higher compressor flow. The new key features of the Garrett G Series Gen II are: 

  • New compressor aero technology increases power and performance
  • Direct upgrade path for Gen I customers with just a CHRA purchase
  • G-Series II utilizes Gen I compressor and turbine housings
  • Up to 10% higher compressor flow compared to G-Series Gen I at peak pressure ratio and peak turbo RPM
  • Engine calibration required to take advantage of increased flow for a horsepower upgrade
  • Increased efficiency at high flow rates
  • Mar-M alloy turbine wheel rated up to 1050° C
  • Complete assembly with 0.83 V-Band Stainless steel turbine housing, rated up to 1050° C
  • Oil restrictor and water fittings included
