Kelford has designed a range of mild performance camshafts to suit the Mazda MZR engines. The 247 range suits popular award winning 2.3L L3-VDT DISI engine.

247-A Camshaft Set:

252°/252° | 9.50mm/9.50mm Valve Lift
'EZ' power drop-in cams to suit OEM valve spring. Ideal for turbo upgrade 48mm-54mm. Excellent throttle response and improved low to mid-range power. Must retain stock rpm limit and not exceed 16psi of boost. For high mileage engines or higher boost Kelford Cams recommend KVS17-X valve spring upgrade.

247-B Camshaft Set:

260°/268° | 10.25mm/10.50mm Valve Lift
260°/268° performance cams for improved mid-range power. Still maintains good street drivability. Ideal for 54mm-60mm turbo upgrade, in the 350-500hp range. Great with E85 fuel. Kelford Cams recommend KVS17-X valve spring upgrade.

247-C Camshaft Set:

266°/276° | 10.55mm/10.55mm Valve Lift
266°/276° track racing cams to suit engines in the 500-750hp range. Turbo sizing 58-65mm compressor inducer. Great with E85 or ethanol blend fuels. Kelford Cams recommend KVS17-X valve spring upgrade.

247-C2 Camshaft Set:

272°/278° | 11.00mm/11.00mm Valve Lift
272°/278° racing cams for engines in the 650-900hp range. Suits high boost and high rpm wide open throttle race applications. Turbo size 62-68mm. Fuel type E85 or similar blend. Kelford Cams recommend KVS17X-T valve spring and retainer upgrade.

247-D Camshaft Set:

282°/292° | 11.25mm/11.25mm Valve Lift
Drag racing cams for professionally built engines in the 750-1000HP+ range. Fuel type E85 or methanol. Turbo size 68mm+. Kelford Cams recommend KVS17X-T valve spring and retainer upgrade.
