8Speed.AU - 8HP Mechatronics TCU Cover

This is our cover for the mechatronics. 

When doing the PCB modification to the factory TCU, this cover allows you to seal the TCU enclosure back up with out the need for epoxy. This is designed to sit tightly over the TCU enclosure with minimal triming of the top plastic part of the TCU. 

The main benifit of these is to save time with not needing to the epoxy the PCB in, however the other benifit is this would make the PCB some what servicable. 

This does require a suitable sealant be used to seal it on the to the TCU enclosure. It is very important trans fluid can not get in to where PCB board is soldered in.
