Toyota 2JZ-GTE Fuel Rail Kit

Billet Performance Products have developed a direct bolt on fuel rail kit for the Toyota 2JZ-GTE.

The kit is designed to suit 14mm top feed injectors and works on both VVTi and Non VVTi engines.

The kit comes with all adaptors to fit the following injector sizes:

• EV14 Size injectors (48.7mm) eg ID1000/ID725 or Bosch 1000cc, 725cc, 550cc without adaptors or Injector Dynamics ID2000/ID1700/ID1300/ID850 or Bosch 2000cc with 3/4 adaptors.
• EV1/EV6L/EV14 with 14mm Adaptors (60.3mm) eg ID1000/ID725 or Bosch 1000cc, 725cc, 550cc with adaptors.

Height (60.3mm) injectors will not fit on the VVTi engine.

The fuel rail is CNC machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminium, with a full 16mm ID through bore the fuel rail is designed to support all HP Levels.

Each fuel rail kit has been coated with type II bright dip anodized finish in either Red, Blue, Black or Purple that looks great and protects against corrosion.

Each kit comes complete with an o-ring seal injector to manifold adaptors and all parts needed to fit the fuel rail kit straight to the vehicle.

Each Billet Performance Products fuel rail is machined to suit -8 O-ring seals on each end and a -6 centre return for positive leak free operation.

Fittings are also supplied with the kit including a -6 block off if centre return is not to be used.
