Nissan SR20 Titanium Exhaust Manifold Stud, Nut & Washer Kit.

Machined from Titanium (Ti-6AI-4V) with a 5mm Hex Key Head, this stud kit is designed to fit Nissan SR20 engines, ensuring the perfect final touches to any engine build.

Weighing just 25g each (Stud, Washer & Nut), they not only look great by never corroding or rusting but also save weight.

SIZE OPTIONS

We now offer 3 options when it comes to sizing, depending on setup and preferences for a clean installation. Check your manifold requirements prior to order.

1. 8x Full-Length Stud Set (55mm total length) with 12-point Nut and Washer.

2. 8x Stub Length Stud Set (40mm total length) with Traditional Hex Nut and Washer.

3. Half-Half Combo - 4x Full-Length Stud Set + 4x Stub Length Stud Set.

The Half-Half combo is best suited to 6Boost or similar-style turbo manifolds where space to the underside of the flange is restricted. Stub studs are not suitable for flanges thicker than 12mm.
