Plazmaman - FG Barra 1800hp Tube & Fin Intercooler

Standard Specifications:

• 1000-1800hp Rated.
• Lightweight tube & fin race spec core design.
• Fabricated bottom inlet/outlet end tanks, with 3.5³ (90mm) push-on hose style connection. Other options are available at checkout.
• Available in Raw, Black or Polished finish.
• A custom piping kit might be required, as this is suited for high horsepower applications, and all turbo sizes and turbo mounting positions are different. Plazmaman does have available a generic stage 3 FG piping kit that will adapt if required. Please contact us with any questions.
• The Intercooler is supplied with a fabricated support bar for mounting in the vehicle.
• Please be aware that due to the large size of this intercooler, some cutting/trimming will be required to fit into the vehicle. Some sacrifices have to be made for HP, unfortunately.

Product Options;

• This intercooler can be ordered with hose style bottom inlet/outlet end tanks.
• This intercooler can be ordered with Plazmaclamp assemblies.
• We can build a completely custom end tank style 

Please be advised that the flow rating figures for this intercooler is based on CFM flow figures and experience. These figures might not be correct if a larger capacity engine (6 Litre +) and/or larger body 90mm + front blade size turbocharger is used. Please contact us if you fall into this category for intercooler requirement.
