This Billet Oil Return Block and fittings are for either a Dry Sump Conversion or Remote Oil Filter setup. The latest design includes ports for the attachment of both the OEM oil pressure sensor and the OEM oil temp sensor, as well as an aftermarket temperature sensor. The 4 bolt design mounts in place of the OEM Oil Filter Housing.

This option provides the required fittings for plumbing a remote oil filter into your oiling system.

• Replaces Oil Filter Housing and Heat Exchange.
• 3 Sensor Ports, including OEM sensor ports providing a true bolt on solution:
  • 1x M12 x 1.25 – OEM Temperature Sensor Port (Plug included).
  • 1x 1/8 BSPT – OEM Pressure Sensor Port (Plug NOT included).
  • 1x 1/8 NPT – Aftermarket Sensor Port (Plug included).
• Laser etched oil flow direction.
• Designed in house at Ross using CMM technology and 3D modelling to ensure perfect fitment.
• Mounts directly to the engine in the oil filter position.
• Manufactured from aerospace grade aluminium using multi-axis precision CNC machines.
• ORB style ports thread-milled to maintain high quality surface finish and tight tolerances.
• Threaded stud manufactured from high carbon steel.
• Anodized gloss black for corrosion resistance.
• Uses grade 10.9 or better hardware.
